Pam worked with the Outreach Committee and other First Church members to completely furnish an apartment for a person in need. Bob’s Discount Furniture donated a $500 gift card to purchase a mattress set and almost everything else was donated by family and friends of First Church of Christ in Middletown, CT.

The apartment turned out beautifully and was even stocked with food and some original artwork.

The new tenant said “I just want to crawl into bed and take a nap!”
